Pathiary is an AI-powered travel journal app that transforms your travel photos into personalized narratives. It creates smart captions for your photos, generates trip summaries, transcribes voice journals, and maps your journeys on an interactive world map.
How does AI caption generation work?
When you import photos into Pathiary, you can tap to generate AI-powered captions. The AI analyzes your photo's visual content and metadata to craft a caption that captures the essence of the moment. You can choose from multiple tones -- poetic, casual, or informative -- to match your storytelling style.
Is my data private?
Yes. Pathiary takes a local-first approach: your photos, journal entries, and personal data are stored on your device by default. When you request AI-generated content (captions, summaries), only the minimal necessary data is sent for processing and is not stored permanently on external servers. How do subscriptions work?
Pathiary offers a free tier with core features, plus Explorer and Wanderer premium plans with expanded AI usage and storage. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings under your Apple ID.
